For practitioners, organisations and companies
Vikki helps a client keep using practices and stay engaged with their state between sessions. It complements the specialist's work rather than replacing it.
Never, in any form. Neither you, nor an employer, nor a clinic gets access to what a person writes or says. A partner sees only anonymised usage figures — engagement and group-level trends, never per person. It could not work otherwise: people do not open up when someone is watching.
Who are you?
“An app will replace me and my clients will leave”
Work on one's state does not end when the session does. Vikki helps a client continue it on their own between appointments.
Between sessions a client is usually left alone: agreements are forgotten, observations are lost. Vikki maintains a regular practice through the week. As a result, part of the session no longer goes on reconstructing the context of the previous one.
You give your client personal access on your own terms
They practise between sessions — two minutes a day
They can bring a week of notes and observations to the session
You get a more engaged client and a share of payments
Vikki is support and self-help — not therapy and not a medical service. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe and does not take on a case.
In an acute state a crisis protocol applies: the product states plainly that it is a programme and cannot handle this, shows the number of a 24/7 helpline and offers to connect the person with a human. No attempts to “work with the state” on its own.
No. We have neither the interest nor the mechanism to take people away: the product does not offer a replacement for a specialist, and at the edge of its capability it explicitly recommends turning to a human. The client stays yours.
The crisis protocol is written before launch: which phrasings count as a signal, what is answered automatically, who steps in and within what time, and which helpline numbers are shown. We will send the document — it is a working one, not marketing.
No, and that is deliberate. You see that the product is being used and the general trend, not the content. If a client wishes, they will bring you whatever they choose.
“Who will be responsible if something goes wrong?”
For a clinic or a foundation this is the main question. So the boundaries of the product come first.
Vikki is support between appointments, not treatment. It does not diagnose, does not adjust prescriptions and does not manage a case. In an acute state the crisis protocol triggers and escalates to people. The boundaries are set out in a document we hand over before the conversation about terms, not after.
You give Vikki to your patients or beneficiaries
Support works in the gaps between appointments
The crisis protocol escalates to people instead of coping alone
You receive an anonymised group-level impact report
Responsibility for treatment stays with you — Vikki does not treat and makes no such claim. In an acute state its job is neither to stay silent nor to improvise, but to route the person immediately to a 24/7 helpline and to a human specialist. The sequence is written in advance, and every such case is reviewed manually.
Anonymised usage statistics and group-level trends, subject to a minimum group size. The content of conversations is available to no one but the person themselves.
That is exactly how it should start. We offer a measured pilot on a limited group with a results report — the decision to continue is made on numbers, not promises.
“We will buy it and nobody will use it”
A corporate subscription to a mental health app usually lives in an internal email and ends there: people do not go where they fear the employer will find out.
That is why entry is anonymous, by code. The company does not know who uses it. And that is why we start with a pilot in one department: you first see the real share of people engaged, then decide whether to pay for the whole company.
The company pays for employee access
An employee signs in anonymously by code — no name, no email
The employer sees only group-level figures
You get engagement and an anonymised report
For Spain specifically: from 2 January 2027 psychosocial risk assessment becomes mandatory. A pilot now is preparation, not an expense.
No. Never, in any form. The employer sees only anonymised group usage statistics. Entry is anonymous by code — we ourselves do not link a person to their name or role.
A single-department pilot shows the real share of engaged people before you pay for the whole company. You expand only if the numbers satisfy you.
In packages by headcount. We give the range on a call — it depends on company size and term. The pilot is discussed separately.
Thirty minutes: you tell us how many people you have and what you need, we show how it works in your case and give the terms. A real person replies within one business day.

A short note is enough:
