Viktoriia Repetska is a psychologist and the author of the method Vikki is built on. For over twenty years she has worked with anxiety, panic states and emotional difficulties. Vikki came out of a practical question: how to give someone support not only during a session with a specialist, but between sessions — exactly when it is needed.
How it began
Over twenty years of practice I have worked with tens of thousands of people. The situations differed, but one problem came up again and again: anxiety does not wait for the next appointment. It arrives at night, before a difficult conversation, on a Sunday — when nobody is around and the earliest slot is next week.
I watched people carry that alone. Not because they couldn't be helped, but because help wasn't there in the minute they needed it. That gap — between “I'm not okay now” and “your appointment is Tuesday” — is the one I wanted to close.
Vikki is built on the methods and practical techniques I use with clients: for anxiety, panic, intrusive thoughts, sleep problems and other states. They are now available when it is hardest — without a queue and without shame.
Vikki does not replace a specialist. It helps a person between sessions — in the moments when support usually is not there.
What we hold to
Vikki does not tell people what they “should” feel or do. It helps them make sense of what is happening and suggests the next manageable step.
We talk about states and symptoms without labels or self-diagnosis. We describe what a person feels, and we do not diagnose.
Help is needed in the minute it lands: at night, mid-panic, on a weekend. Not next week by appointment.
Vikki is support and self-help — not a replacement for therapy and not a medical service. If things are genuinely hard, or you're in crisis, there are always people close to you and services it matters to reach: in Spain and across the EU, 112. Vikki exists so that in a hard minute you aren't alone.
